About Hadal Technologies

Hadal Technologies was formed in 2007 to couple emerging technologies to the subsea market. Our experience is in the design and engineering of subsea remote systems and oceanographic equipment. Our engineering staff has significant experience in designing subsea systems for operation at extreme depth (6000 meters and beyond).

Hadal (hAd'l) is derived from Hades - from hell - and is defined "of or relating to the ocean depths below 6,000 meters". That's what we do, build equipment that goes deep - for exploration, be it science, oil and gas, or defense.

We also bring significant offshore operations experience to our product development. The time we've spent at sea and in working in polar environments brings an understanding and appreciation to product development that cannot be attained from a CAD workstation or on the lab bench. We build robust systems designed to function flawlessly and simply in the field.
